It’s a profession that can be in awe of its work, but also terrified of it.

So we want to make sure we’re protecting ourselves, both on the job and off, when we’re having a baby.

Here are some tips to make you more prepared when you have a baby in labor.

You’ll have more control when you get to the hospitalA lot of people are shocked to hear that nurses aren’t allowed to have a cesarean section.

And many people think they shouldn’t be.

But the reality is that when you’re having your first baby, you’re still in control.

You can relax and be with your childYou don’t have to feel obligated to care for a babyYou can do everything you want to do while you’re at the hospital, including taking a nap, watching television or playing with your kids.

You don’t need to be thereFor your child’s sake, we’re asking that you take a few minutes out of your day to relax.

Take a walk, take a walk with your baby, or go for a quick jog around your neighborhood.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, consider these tips to help you relax and unwind:Take a deep breath and take a deep, long breath.

This will calm you down.

Take it easy and don’t let it get to your head.

You’ll still be experiencing pain, and you’ll be crying because of it, too.

But you can relax if you want and cry in your own time.

And you can take your time with your cry.

Don’t start crying right away.

That can be scary, but you’ll probably feel better the longer you wait to cry.

The nurse is there to care.

It is her job to keep your baby safe, healthy and well.

So, don’t worry if you can’t take your baby to the bathroom, take care of him in the hospital or even go to bed, because the nurse is on hand to take care if something goes wrong.
